If they can’t find it, they can’t buy it.
Xearch is AI product search for industrial catalogs. It understands specs, applications and part numbers the way your best sales engineer does, then hands qualified buyers to your team.
Typical keyword search
Xearch
Industrial buyers search like engineers
They type what they need the part to do, not what you named it. Xearch is built for the three kinds of query that keyword search gets wrong.
Specification
5" caster with 1000 lbs capacityNumbers and units become filters on real attributes: wheel diameter, load rating, bore, tread hardness. Results meet the spec instead of mentioning it.
Application
casters for a moist, washdown environmentXearch connects an operating environment to the properties that matter, such as corrosion resistance or temperature rating, using your own guides and datasheets.
Compatibility
wheels for 96-06301-20-1Part numbers resolve to the product they belong to, and Xearch returns the replacement parts and accessories that fit it.
From catalog to live assistant in four steps
Our engineers do the set-up with you. Most teams review a working preview on their own data before anything goes on their site.
Connect your catalog
We ingest your product feed, PIM export or store API, keeping every attribute: dimensions, ratings, materials and part numbers.
Train on your knowledge
Catalog PDFs, application guides, blog posts and product videos teach Xearch how your products are chosen and used.
Review on real queries
We test against the searches your buyers actually run, including the ones that return nothing today, and tune until results are right.
Go live with handover
Search and the chat assistant go live on your site. Buyers who need a person reach your sales team with their requirement already captured.
It learns from what you already publish
The same material you use to train new sales staff becomes Xearch’s product knowledge. No rewriting required.

Product listings
Every SKU with its full attribute set.

Catalog PDFs
Load tables, selection charts and spec sheets.

Guides and articles
Application notes and how-to-choose content.

Product videos
Demonstrations and installation walkthroughs.
When a buyer needs a person, nothing gets lost
Complex B2B orders still close with people. Xearch qualifies the enquiry and passes it on with the context your team needs to reply in one go.
- Captures name, company, location and the exact requirement in the chat
- Routes to the right rep or region, in Salesforce, HubSpot, email or your chat inbox
- Shows the full conversation and the products already suggested
- Buyers can ask for a person at any point; the assistant never blocks them

Case study: castor wheels
A caster and wheel catalog is a hard test. Hundreds of products differ only by diameter, tread, bore and load rating, and buyers ask in engineering terms.
On the same catalog, keyword search returned complete casters when buyers asked for wheels, and blog posts when they described an application. Xearch returned the products they were asking for.

Guided sellingQuestions buyers ask us
What is Xearch?
Xearch is an AI product search and sales assistant for B2B and industrial websites. It understands how engineers and buyers search, by specification, by application and by part-number compatibility, and returns the right products instead of keyword matches. When a buyer needs a person, it captures their requirement and hands the conversation to your sales team.
How is Xearch different from keyword site search?
Keyword search matches the words in a query. Xearch reads the intent: “5 inch caster for 1,000 lbs” becomes a filter on wheel diameter and load rating, “caster for a blast furnace” becomes a filter on temperature rating, and a part number returns compatible replacement parts. It is trained on your product data, catalog PDFs, guides and videos.
Can Xearch handle catalogs with tens of thousands of SKUs?
Yes. Xearch is built for long-tail industrial catalogs where many products differ by a single attribute such as bore size, tread material or load rating. Large catalogs are indexed in batches and kept in sync with your product feed or PIM.
Which platforms does Xearch integrate with?
Xearch works with Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), WooCommerce, BigCommerce and custom storefronts through a JavaScript widget and an API. Leads can be delivered to Salesforce, HubSpot, email or a live-chat inbox.
What happens when a buyer needs a human?
The assistant offers a handover at any point. It collects the buyer’s name, email, location and requirement, then routes the conversation and its full context to the right person on your team, so the buyer never has to repeat themselves.
How is Xearch priced?
Pricing is custom and depends on catalog size, traffic and the channels you need (site search, chat assistant, lead handover). Book a call and we’ll send a quote after a short look at your catalog.
Is my catalog data used to train public AI models?
No. Your catalog and conversation data are used only to power your own Xearch deployment. We can share our data processing terms during evaluation.
